The ICT School is situated at the KTH Kista Campus, outside Stockholm. It includes the Electrum Laboratory, which offers complete processes for nano- and microfabrication and advanced materials characterization instruments. Electrum laboratory is operated by KTH and Acreo.
Two of the six research units at the ICT School carry out materials related research.
